Shoulder and Neck Stretches can help decrease tension that can lead to headaches. It is a common area that becomes tense when people are feeling stressed or due to bad posture (office / computer work, student posture)
I have definitely noticed a big difference in myself looking down at my phone or sometimes turned or leaned to the side for longer durations. And the rest of the body is experiencing bad positions as well. I know that once Covid-19 is done with and we are able to get back to some daily life and allowed to perform massages again there is going to be a lot of massages treating bad posture issues.
The more we can all do at home will prevent some of those issues the better we will be. So today I’ll be starting out with some easy neck stretches to help you loosen up muscles in your head, neck and upper shoulders.
