Swedish Massage
The most common and well known type of massage. Using a more gentle and superficial approach to improve circulation, decrease pain & tension and promote relaxation. (See more)
Deep Tissue Massage
Beginning with lighter techniques to warm up tissues then using more pressure to focus on the deeper muscle layers. Breaking up adhesions to relieve pain and restore proper movement. (See more)
Sports Massage
Different techniques are used depending on pre-game and post-game massages. Including to loosen muscles and increase flexibility & range of motion, decrease stress and improve focus. (See more)
Myofascial Release
These techniques focus on the fascia, which is a large web of connective tissues that run from your head to your toes, surrounding every muscle, bone and organs. The fascia can cause a lot of pain, tension and posture issues.
Cupping Massage
Is based on creating a negative pressure and suction drawing the tissues away from the body. Using silicone cups with lots of oil to help the cups glide in various directions to increase blood flow and release your tissues in shorter durations. (See more)

Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage uses very light, slow and repetitive techniques to encourage lymph flow and helps to reduce swelling. Using pumping actions to open lymphatic vessels. This technique helps removes toxins and fluid retention.
