Massage Therapy can help with stress, neck pain, headaches, low back pain, sciatica, motor vehicle accidents, sports injuries and sore muscles. Massage also helps to improve your circulation, promote better sleep, lower blood pressure, increase range of motion and improve posture.
My primary focus is the improvement of my clients well being, whether it be for relaxation or therapeutic benefits. All services are available during your treatment (Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Cupping, Trigger Point Therapy, IASTM, K-Taping) at no additional cost.
All first time clients will receive a free 15 minute consultation to review your health history information, reason for your visit and assessment.
