What Is Fascia?
It is like a big spider web of connective tissues that encompass your whole body, under your skin, around and through your muscles and organs, it’s what holds your fluids in place.
Another common way to look at fascia is by looking at an orange. When you peel an orange you see the white stuff on the inside of the peel – this is fascia, holding each piece of the orange together is fascia, holding each little sac of fluid, preventing it from all just spilling out – is fascia.
