If you suffer from low back pain, this is a great stretch to help you relieve low back pain.
- Make sure before you stretch, you warm up the muscles (hot shower, heating pad, some cardio)
- Keep your hamstrings tight, bend over and let your arms dangle (don’t forcefully reach for your toes or floor)
** Also if it’s too hard at first, you can bend your knees to make it easier - Make sure to stop if you feel any pain, you only want to feel a stretch
- Hold this stretch for 1 min if you can, during this stretch you should feel muscles relaxing allowing you to get closer and closer to the floor, plus the more often you do this stretch the further you’ll be able to go
- Make sure to do nice deep breaths through-out the stretch
- When you finish the stretch, slowly rise back up and take a deep breath
