A full body massage usually includes your back, neck, arms, hands, buttocks, legs (front & back), feet, upper chest and shoulders.
You as the client are in control of what areas get massaged, if you don’t want some of those areas worked on, you can tell your therapist the areas you do want worked on. Also depending on what massage therapist, clinic or spa you go to, they may have a slightly different version of what they consider in a full body massage. It’s always best to ask your therapist if you have any questions.
